Notification for intention to contract award
Kabul Municipality (KM) intends to award the contract, Construction of 2.785 KM Asphalt Road and Drainage Structures of Lot-13 Road, under the contract No, NPA/KM/97/W-2169/NCB (KM/WB/KUTEI/W/013) with Aryob Speenghar Construction and Road Making Company license #D-26728 & Aryob Dubai Construction Co. license #D-29654 (JV), Address: House#183, Street#4, Near to Rabia Balkhi High School, Katr-e-Char, Kabul, in the amount of AFN 186,889,740 (One Hundred Eighty Six Million Eight Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Afghani only). Bidders who want to appeal for reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Kabul Municipality from the date of announcement.This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
