Notification for intention to contract award
The Kabul Municipal Development Program (KMDP) / Kabul Municipality (KM) intends to award the contract, Upgrading Infrastructure of Proja-5 (Gharb Sarak Shutul) Lot-1 Gozar, D-11, Kabul City, Afghanistan under the contract No, NPA/KMDP/97/W- 2230 /NCB with M/S Bahar Kabul Building Material & Construction Co, House No, 167-697, 3rd Street, Shaeed Square, Shahr-e- Now, Kabul-Afghanistan, license No. D-3220, in the amount of AFN 94,229,169 (Ninety four million, two hundred twenty nine thousand one hundred sixty nine only). Bidders who want to appeal for reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Kabul Municipal Development Program (KMDP) from the date of announcement. This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
