Notification for intention to contract award
The Kabul Municipal Development Program (KMDP) intends to award the contract, Upgrading Infrastructure of Qala-e-Wazir, Khushal Khan Gozar , D-5, Kabul City, Afghanistan, under the contract No, NPA/KMDP/97/W-2154/NCB with M/S Aryub Dubai Construction Co & Conservable Construction (JV), Block No, 6, Shahrak-E- Telaye, Kart-e- Now, District 8, Kabul-Afghanistan, license No. D-29654 & I-11860, in the amount of AFN 138,456,865 (One hundred Thirty Eight million, Four Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five Afghani only). Bidders who want to appeal for reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Kabul Municipality (KMDM) from the date of announcement. This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
