In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby publicly announced that Kabul Municipality intends to award the contract for the procurement and provision of 33,483.99 cubic meters of 10mm and 20mm crushed gravel construction materials required for various projects of the Directorate of Maintenance and Care of Kabul Municipality, under Identification Number KM/NCB/1404/G-1260, to Mohammad Sharif Mandozi Ltd., holding license number 0101-9669, located at Street 14, Wazir Akbar Khan, Kabul Center, at the total price of 20,706,702.85 AFN (twenty million, seven hundred six thousand, seven hundred two point eighty-five Afghanis).
Individuals and legal entities who have any objections in this regard may submit their written objections, along with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of Kabul Municipality—located on the 4th floor of the Central Building at Malek Asghar Square, District 2, Kabul City—within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not constitute a contract, and no contract will be concluded until the completion of the above-mentioned period and the subsequent legal procedures.
