Brief Introduction:
District One is one of the oldest districts of Kabul city, covering an area of 10.85 square kilometers. It has a permanent population of over 130,000 people. Due to its commercial nature and the presence of markets and shops, more than two million people pass through or conduct business in this district daily.
The boundaries of this district are as follows:

North: Bordered by the Kabul River

South: Adjacent to District Seven

East: Connected to Districts Eight and Sixteen

West: Also linked with District Seven
Overall, this district forms a commercial, residential, and historical zone of Kabul city.
Structure:
The total number of staff in this district, according to the official structure, is 31 employees, along with 27 service personnel. The district consists of 7 management units and 1 sanitation department, which operates under the Directorate of Sanitation. There are 4 officers and 215 sanitation workers currently assigned.
