Kabul Municipality is consistently progressing with the construction of a road in front of Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Hospital, along with a new canal stretching from Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan area to the Ajmeer Canal. The project involves constructing a 391-meter-long road and a 2,700-meter-long water canal, aimed at permanently addressing the issue of water accumulation. This development comes in response to the recurring problem of water blockages during rainfall due to the absence of a proper drainage system in the area, which has caused significant difficulties for residents. The current effort seeks to provide a long-term solution. Engineers from the Kabul Municipality’s Directorate of Programs and Projects Management are carrying out continuous technical and professional supervision to ensure proper execution of the project
