As part of ongoing inspections by District 4 officials, a total of 1,700 kilograms of expired and substandard food and non-food items were confiscated from local markets. Additionally, 120 loudspeakers—identified as sources of noise pollution—were gathered and transported to a designated disposal site. Sayed Ahmad Shah Afzali, Deputy of District 4, stated that environmental health and safety inspections are being actively conducted to protect public well-being. He urged residents to verify expiration dates and product quality before making purchases and called on vendors to avoid selling expired or low-quality goods. These efforts are part of broader measures aimed at safeguarding public health and reducing both environmental and noise pollution across the district
