The Kabul Municipality, with support from UNOPS, is currently carrying out the construction of four streets in the 4th section of District 3. As reported by the Municipality’s Programs and Projects Management Directorate, the project involves the concrete paving of three streets totaling 699 meters in length. Additionally, in a sloped area, 131 meters of stairways, each 4 meters wide, are being constructed.
