In District 12, foundational construction for a new road from Mahbas Intersection to Saleem Karwan Road is nearly finished and will soon be ready for asphalting. The road spans 2,009 meters in length, with widths of 24, 30, and 40 meters, and includes drainage systems, pedestrian walkways, bicycle lanes, flowerbeds, lighting system, road markings, and traffic signs. Engineers from the Kabul Municipality’s Programs and Projects Management Directorate are carrying out continuous technical and engineering inspections to ensure quality
