In coordination with UNOPS, Kabul Municipality has begun construction of a subroad in the Muslim Abad area of Pul-e Charkhi, located in the 3rd Section of District 21. The Directorate of Programs and Projects Management reported that the road will be 640 meters in length and 6 meters in width, and will include drainage systems. So far, 40 percent of the work has been completed, with the project expected to be finalized within three months to help address transportation and environmental issues faced by local residents.
