As part of the ongoing sidewalk rehabilitation program in the city’s central areas, stone paving has started on a 315-meter stretch from Gull Bahar Trade Center to Sadarat Intersection. Paving work is also underway on a 261-meter section in front of the Stomatology and Rabia Balkhi Hospitals, while a 130-meter sidewalk on the eastern side of the Ministry of Education has already been completed. In the coming days, the program will extend from Deh Afghanan Three-Way to the underpass. The initiative aims to improve pedestrian mobility, ease traffic congestion, and enhance the beauty and standards of the urban environment. The sidewalks vary in width between 2, 3, and 5 meters
