In cooperation with UNOPS, Kabul Municipality has initiated the construction of a sub-road in Ahmadzai Village, located in the Chahar Qala area of District 21’s 22nd Section. According to the Directorate of Programs and Project Management of Kabul Municipality, the project covers a 720-meter-long and 5.5-meter-wide road, along with a 286-meter roadside drainage system and a culvert measuring 12 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width. So far, 40% of the work has been completed, and the project is expected to be finalized within the next one and a half months in a standard and sustainable manner. It is noteworthy that the project has also provided employment opportunities for a number of local residents
