The foundational work on the first section of Gull Bagh Road nears completion, with asphalt paving scheduled to begin soon. According to the Directorate of Programs and Projects Management of Kabul Municipality, this section runs from Darulaman Palace to Faisal Township in Districts 6 and 7, covering 3,176 meters in length and 33 meters in width. The project includes side drains, pedestrian pathways, flowerbeds, streetlights, and other features of a standard road, all expected to be completed within the current year. For the development of Kabul’s transportation and traffic infrastructure, significant progress has been made on the first and second sections of Gull Bagh Road, while work on the third and fourth sections has also commenced. Gull Bagh Road, stretching a total of 13.308 kilometers from Darulaman Palace to the Kabul–Logar Road, is regarded as one of Kabul’s key economic corridors
