In District 12, construction of subroads in the 90-Families area is currently underway. Excavation, leveling, and soil transportation are in progress for the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth subroads.
Engineer Mirurrahman Naseri, Head of the Programs and Projects Management Directorate of Kabul Municipality, stated that the project covers a total length of 1,175 meters with a width of 10 meters. He added that, following technical standards, the streets—including sidewalks, flowerbeds, and curbs—are expected to be completed within the next four months.
Once finished, these streets will provide significant social and transportation benefits to the area’s residents.
