In District 13, Kabul Municipality, in cooperation with local residents, is carrying out clearing works to remove obstacles along the new connecting road from Naqqash-e Hamam to the Omid Sabz area along Barchi Road. The road, measuring 3 kilometers in length and 30 meters in width, is planned to be fully constructed within 14 months. The project includes the construction of curbs, pedestrian sidewalks, flowerbeds, road markings, and other standard road features. Engineers from the Programs and Projects Management Directorate of Kabul Municipality are also conducting technical supervision at various stages to ensure the road is completed on schedule and to high standards
