As part of its continued public awareness efforts, Kabul Municipality’s Directorate of Publications and Public Awareness organized an awareness session for car washers in District 16.
The session, conducted in coordination with the Environmental Health and Protection Directorate of District 16, addressed proper water usage, environmental hygiene, water conservation, construction of absorption wells, installation of wastewater treatment systems, and the process of obtaining official licenses.
Car washers were instructed to conduct their activities in accordance with urban regulations, with warnings that failure to comply would lead to suspension of their services.
Kabul Municipality highlighted that similar awareness programs on urban matters are being implemented across various districts of the capital.
