In compliance with UNOPS, Kabul Municipality has reported that construction of a recreational park in the first block of Ahmad Shah Baba Mina, located in District 12, has reached 80 percent completion. According to the Directorate of Programs and Projects Management of Kabul Municipality, the park’s construction is expected to be fully completed and handed over for public use within the next month. The park, designed on a 5,740 square meter area, includes boundary walls, pedestrian pathways, a well, a water reservoir, landscaping, planting of trees and ornamental plants, and installation of trash bins. Once completed, the project will provide the residents of Ahmad Shah Baba Mina with a suitable recreational space
