In compliance with UNOPS, Kabul Municipality has started construction of four subroads in the Sheikh Adil Baba area, located in the 21st section of District 22.
According to the Directorate of Programs and Project Management of Kabul Municipality, the roads, with a total length of 963 meters and a width of 5 meters, are expected to be completed within the coming three months. The project includes the construction of drainage systems and aims to address the transportation and environmental challenges faced by local residents.
The project has also created employment opportunities for a number of citizens.
