In compliance with UNOPS, Kabul Municipality is finalizing the construction of a subroad in Muslim Abad, located in the 3rd section of District 21. The project began some time ago and is now nearing completion.
According to the Directorate of Programs and Projects Management, the road measures 644 meters in length and 6 meters in width. The work, which also includes drainage systems, is expected to be fully completed within the coming week.
The project has also provided employment opportunities for a number of citizens. Once completed, it will offer residents of the area improved transportation and environmental facilities.
