The Directorate of Works Maintenance and Monitoring of Kabul Municipality has begun the asphalting of the third phase of the Khair Khana Kotal Road, spanning from Sarai Shamali to the upper part of Khair Khana Kotal. The road has a total length of 3,647 meters and a width of 27 meters, with a two-kilometer section already prepared for asphalting at a width of 12 meters. Construction work on the remaining sections is underway to prepare them for asphalting as well. This project holds special significance for Kabul residents and those living along the northern highway Kabul Municipality is working diligently to complete the project quickly and improve transportation for city residents
