
The construction of the first phase of the Kabul–Logar Road is progressing steadily, with asphalting now underway on a 2,600-meter section. Recently, asphalting was completed on a 2,300-meter section of the main lane and a 2,600-meter section of the subroad. The first phase of the road, extending from Nejat Monument to Charkh-e Ab, covers seven kilometers in length and 60 meters in width. Recognized as a key economic corridor in Kabul’s southern zone, the road is a priority for Kabul Municipality, which has committed to completing the project and opening it for public use as soon as possible
