Construction work on a subroad in Wahdat Township, located in the 19th section of District 17, is currently underway. The project is being implemented by Kabul Municipality in compliance with UNOPS.
The road, measuring 590 meters in length and 4 to 5.4 meters in width, also includes the construction of curbs. The project has so far reached 80 percent completion and is scheduled to be finalized within the next fifteen days.
Once completed, the project is expected to address residents’ transportation issues and provide improved social and transit facilities for the residents.
