Work is underway on the fourth phase of Gul Bagh Road, which stretches 2,422 meters in length and 33 meters in width, extending from the Chehel Dokhtaran area to the Kabul–Logar highway in District 20. The project includes the construction of drainage systems, pedestrian walkways, flowerbeds, installation of streetlights, road markings, and other necessary road features. The work is expected to be completed in approximately one year. Gull Bagh Road is considered an important economic route in Kabul, linking the city's western regions to the south. It plays a key role in expanding transportation infrastructure and reducing traffic congestion. The road project has been divided into four phases. Work on the first and second phases began earlier, and construction on the third and fourth phases is also progressing effectively.
