Work is underway on a sub-road measuring 500 meters in length and seven meters in width in the Pul-e Charkhi area, located in the 19th section of District 21. The project is being carried out by Kabul Municipality with support from UNOPS to create employment, improve transportation conditions, and address public concerns. Municipal officials stated that constructing sub-roads helps reduce air pollution and provides residents with better access to transportation infrastructure and public services.
