In District 3, asphalt work has begun on the road from Dehmazang to Pul-e Artal, following the completion of foundational construction. This key road extends 1,040 meters in length and varies between 27 and 30 meters in width, featuring a main lane, a sub-lane, and other standard components of a modern roadway. Currently, more than 600 meters of the road have been prepared for asphalt paving, while work continues on the remaining sections to make them ready for asphalting. The asphalt work is expected to be completed in accordance with technical standards before the onset of winter and subsequently opened to traffic.
