
The Administrative Council meeting of Kabul Municipality was held under the chairmanship of Mayor Mawlawi Abdul Rashid, aimed at improving, accelerating, and coordinating urban affairs. The meeting was attended by the deputy mayors, as well as directors of central departments and district offices. Discussions covered several key urban topics, including determining the rental value of municipal properties, construction on additional lands, demolition of illegal structures in District 14, reviewing the operational procedures of sanitation companies, and other important municipal issues. Necessary decisions were made accordingly. In his remarks, the Mayor emphasized the enforcement of urban regulations and principles, urging officials to be cautious in all aspects of urban management and to prevent any violations of municipal rules. He assured that Kabul Municipality remains committed to addressing citizens’ challenges through the implementation of effective programs and plans.
