Road construction and expansion work from the Old Taimani intersection to the Taimani Project intersection in District 4 is currently in progress by Kabul Municipality. The road has a length of 610 meters and a width of 30 meters.
At present, the removal of obstacles is underway, and the project is planned to be fundamentally completed within five months in accordance with technical standards.
This road construction and expansion, implemented under Kabul city’s road network improvement plan, is particularly important for easing traffic congestion and supporting sustainable urban development.
Once completed, the project will provide improved social and transportation facilities for residents of Taimani as well as for citizens who use this route for daily travel.
Kabul Municipality has requested residents of the area to use alternative routes during the construction period.
It is worth noting that the project also includes the construction of drainage systems, pedestrian walkways, and flowerbeds, along with the installation of street lighting and road markings.
