Construction work on the main layers, retaining walls, and drainage channels of Khair Khana Kotal Road is progressing in an organized manner under the supervision of the Works Maintenance and Monitoring Directorate.
The road extends 3,647 meters in length and 27 meters in width on the right side from the Sarai Shamali area. Prior to the onset of winter, the first asphalt layer of one section measuring 1,800 meters in length and 12 meters in width was completed.
Khair Khana Kotal Road is regarded as one of the key economic corridors in northern Kabul. Kabul Municipality is making continuous efforts to ensure that construction is completed within the designated timeframe and in accordance with quality standards.
