
Construction work on a new connecting road from Bagrami Bridge to the south of Malalai (Butkhak) Intersection, extending to the Ring Road within Districts 8 and 22, is currently underway.
The road has a total length of 5,634 meters. Of this, 4,983 meters will have a width of 30 meters, while the remaining 651 meters will be constructed with a width of 45 meters.
The project includes the construction of drainage channels, pedestrian walkways, flowerbeds, road markings, and the installation of streetlights. It is expected to be fundamentally completed within the next 13 months.
Upon completion, the road will contribute to the expansion of transportation and traffic infrastructure in Kabul city and will also create opportunities for economic growth in the surrounding areas.
