Initial construction works on the second section of Bagrami–Latah Band Road, extending to the Kabul–Jalalabad Road in District 21, are currently underway. These works include excavation, soil transportation, and leveling.
The road measures 2,706 meters in length and 60 meters in width and has been designed with two main lanes and two service lanes, which includes drainage channels, pedestrian walkways, flowerbeds, parking areas, street lighting, and road markings.
This road is considered one of the key economic corridors in the southeastern zone of Kabul city. Upon completion, it will not only contribute to economic growth in the surrounding areas but also provide significant transportation facilities for residents.
