A tree-planting program was held in District 13 with the participation of Kabul Municipality officials, community representatives, religious scholars, and youth.
During the event, the Deputy Head of District 13, Mawlawi Mohammad Khan Ayubi, and the Deputy assistant of the Directorate of Public and Social Affairs Coordination, Sayed Abdul Ali Yasinzai, delivered remarks, highlighting that the planting season is a valuable opportunity to expand greenery and emphasizing the importance of planting and properly maintaining saplings.
At the same time, the Head of the Council of Community Representatives in District 13, Mohammad Tahir Khalili, along with other local residents, expressed their support for the expansion of green areas and pledged to take responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of the planted saplings.
It is worth noting that, with the cooperation of community representatives, service companies, and local residents, two thousand saplings have been prepared for planting.
Additionally, plans are in place for the Directorate of Greenery to plant more saplings in the green areas of the district.
