
Kabul Municipality’s Deputy for Urban Services, Mawlawi Mohammad Khalid Sajistani, visited the Baraki Intersection and Hazara Baghal Road projects to assess construction progress and review the ongoing implementation process.
During the visit, he provided the necessary guidance to project officials to accelerate work and enhance construction quality. He also emphasized strict adherence to technical standards throughout all phases of implementation.
The Deputy for Urban Services stressed the importance of providing the required equipment and removing existing obstacles, instructing officials to ensure that the projects are completed on schedule and without delay.
Mr. Sajistani stated that all stages of project implementation must remain under continuous technical and engineering supervision and reiterated that no substandard work would be accepted.
Kabul Municipality’s leadership has also emphasized that construction materials must be tested and evaluated in laboratories before use. Officials further noted that negligence or failure to comply with established standards in the implementation of road construction and public infrastructure projects will not be tolerated.
Kabul Municipality is working to complete the major components of the Baraki Intersection project and the first phase of the Hazara Baghal Road project during the current year so that they can be opened for public use.
